Entities
Entities are the core building blocks of the Abillify Ecosystem. They represent various objects and concepts within the system, such as customers, orders, documents and transactions.
The core entities in the Abillify Ecosystem include:
- Identities: Represent customers or businesses. They contain information such as name, addresses, vat data, emails, and phone numbers.
- Vouchers: Represent a specific type of merchant transaction, such as an order, invoice or credit note. They are linked to identities and are used for billing purposes. Vouchers are the container for all merchant transactions, on the API they are represented as explicit entities to allow logical separation of the related procedures.
- Orders: A type of voucher that represents a purchase made by a customer. It contains details about the products or services ordered, quantities, and prices. This is used to book prepayments, track delivery and fulfillment of goods or services.
- Invoices: A type of voucher that represents a bill issued to a customer for goods or services provided. An Invoice can be standalone or linked to an order.
- Credit Notes: A type of voucher that represents a credit issued to a customer, typically in response to a return or refund request. It can be linked to an invoice or issued independently.
- Transactions: Represent financial movements on your bank accounts or PSPs, such as payments or refunds. They are used to track the flow of money in and out of the system.
- Products: Represent the goods or services offered by a business. They contain information such as name, description, price, and tax settings.
- Reports: Represent aggregated data and insights derived from the entities in the Abillify Ecosystem. They can include financial reports, customer reports, and other analytical data.
- Notifications: Represent alerts or messages sent to merchants. They can include reminders, alerts, or other notifications about state changes related to vouchers, transactions, or identities.
